I started playing around with the Family Tree about 10 years ago but didn't get too far. Recently I decided, that to the best of my knowledge, there were no Family Tress covering my families. As there aren't too many of us "oldies" left it was time to blow off the dust from the archives and try again.!

This site is a result of those efforts, it has been compiled from web research as well as information from family members.... Thank-you.

I have limited it to the Winch, Markwick and Markham lines as I have a personal recollection of those families. Unfortunately I have no such recollection of any family on my Fathers Mothers side, maybe one day I'll go digging.

I have also managed to dig up / collect a number of photos which I will continue to add to the site. These can be accessed by clicking on "Pictures" at the top right.
